Takuma "Terry" Tsuguri, the hired assassin, has been hired to silence those who can "spill the beans" about the martial arts school Isamu Otoguro is planning to build. The school is just a ploy for the mafia to obtain money. One man who dares to stand up to Otoguro is Kendo Masaoka, a martial artist who has his own school. Otoguro wants Terry to eliminate Masaoka. Terry flat out refuses - for Masaoka is the ONLY ONE he can trust. Now the mafia is after Tsuguri.
